ONLINE PAYMENTS: Online payments INCLUDE an additional fee to cover PayPal expenses. Save the additional fees by mailing a payment.

BALANCE DUE: Tuition balances are due by June 15, 2024.

CAPACITY LIMITS: Camp registration will remain open until camp sells out. Certain age groups may sell out and close earlier than other age groups. Updates will be posted at www.jeffhawesbasketballcamp.com

REFUNDS: All monies paid (deposit or full tuition) are refundable until April 1, 2024 (less a $50 processing fee). All monies paid (deposit or full tuition) are NON-REFUNDABLE after April 1, 2024. If there is an injury before camp (after April 1st), a medical credit will be issued for the 2025 summer camp OR full refund less a $50 processing fee. If the state/federal government/agencies prohibit the operations of camp due to a natural disaster, pandemic, or unforeseen situation, campers will be offered a credit for the amount paid for the summer 2025 camp or a refund of the amount paid minus a $50.00 processing fee.

GROUP DISCOUNT: Group discount available for groups of 5 or more. ALL registration forms and deposits for the group MUST be mailed together in the same package to qualify for a $25 discount per camper.
